Mount Sinai College’s online coursework requires a more disciplined course of study than most campus classes, students must have a more academic aptitude to successfully complete the course work, the work study load is much more demanding and requires a great deal more writing and projects than campus classes at most colleges, and you are on the same time frame as the campus classes are, all work assignments are due weekly within the current semester. You must be online, weekly attending the class session (although you may chose the time and day that you listen to the class lecture), including the online forums with the instructor and fellow classmates. Reading, writing and study assignments are posted with the syllabus at the beginning of each session.
