Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership
Today’s global culture is experiencing rapid, tumultuous change that is affecting the very structure and significance of business leadership, so a new bred of leadership must emerge, a missional and transforming leadership.
The Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership prepares leaders for business. The program allows students currently serving in professional ministry or business to complete the degree requirements in accelerated course of study that allows you complete the degree in as little as a year.
This program includes courses focused on biblical foundations, biblical examples of leadership, God’s instructions on leadership and practical application in the day-to-day business context of the postmodern global world environment.
Admission
Admission to the program requires a baccalaureate degree in a biblical discipline from with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Five years of professional experience or two years of church/ministry or managerial/supervisory experience.
Degree Requirements
MSC confers a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership upon students who satisfactorily complete the prescribed program-related requirements. These include the completion of course requirements, participation in the assessment and evaluation program, the writing of a satisfactory personal statement of faith, achieving a grade point average of B (3.0) or above. Graduation is not automatic when academic requirements have been met. Since MSC aims to graduate men and women who qualify as Christian leaders, the faculty and administration will evaluate a student’s qualifications in terms of spiritual, doctrinal, and professional standards as well as academic standards.
Ten-Week Course Sessions
Our leadership degree programs are on the accelerated format, we can do this because our course of studies are focused to on concentrate on the essentials. various courses of study are broken down into more than one class so that a student my take the class that focus on the part of the subject that pertains to their course of study.The leadership degree can be completed in one to one and a half years. Each term is ten weeks in length and there are five terms per academic year available including the summer session.
