The Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Intercultural Studies
The Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and Intercultural Studies is a four-year program designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the Bible, Bible interpatation skills, and competencies, and knowledge in Jewish & Greek cultural. This degree is enabling the student to accurately understand the Jewish mindset, the language and culture, and to understand the Greek-Western mindset, the culture, and language in both biblical and modern times. To be able to communicate the scripture from the Hebrew language and mindset to the Greek-Western mindset, thus you will learn to cross-cultural communicate the scriptures.

Program Outcomes
 In addition to meeting the Biblical Studies major outcomes, the student will:
1. develop an understanding of basic elements of Jewish & Greek culture.
2. undersatnd the culture and mind-set in which the scripture where written.

Intercultural Studies Degree Requirements:
1. Complete a minimum of 129 semester credit hours.
2.  A 2.5 cumulative grade point average and a passing grade in all required courses.
3.  At least 60 semester credit hours must be earned at MSC.
4.  Meet course requirements in the following areas:


Bible and Theology 39 (credits)
Jewish Culture 33 (credits)
Hebrew and Greek
12 (credits)
Translations and Exegesis 21 (credits)
